Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Postist ("Postist", the "Service"), operated by Magnus Software ("Magnus Software", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Postist is a multi-platform social media management application that lets you connect your own third-party social media accounts and publish or schedule content to them from a single dashboard. Supported platforms may change over time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

The Service lets you connect third-party platforms (such as X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok) via their official authorization (OAuth) flows. By connecting an account, you authorize us to access and act on that account on your behalf, solely to provide the features you use.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with those terms, including Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, third-party platform APIs.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the Service, including publishing it to the platforms you instruct.

You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to publish it. You must not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or that violates any third-party platform's policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or for connected platforms.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed, as this depends on third-party platform APIs, rate limits, approvals, and availability that are outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnus Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
